These Promotional Terms apply to our Summer Specials promotion, newsletter subscription discount, free shipping offers, and other promotional benefits we make available through our website. By participating in or redeeming any promotion, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

1. Summer Specials – Limited-Time Promotional Prices

Selected merchandise included in our Summer Specials may be offered at reduced promotional prices for a limited time.

• The promotion applies only to merchandise offered at a promotional price as part of Summer Specials.
  • Products outside the promotional selection do not automatically qualify for the same savings.
  • The promotional price applicable to each product may vary.
  • A reduced price on one Summer Specials product does not guarantee the same percentage discount on another product.
  • Unless we expressly advertise a fixed discount percentage, the promotional price shown for the applicable merchandise determines the savings available.
  • Shipping charges, taxes, duties, gift cards, and other non-merchandise charges are not included in merchandise discounts.
  • Unless expressly stated otherwise, Summer Specials promotional prices cannot be combined with another merchandise discount.
  • Free shipping may still apply if your final qualifying merchandise subtotal satisfies the applicable free shipping threshold.
  • Promotional savings have no independent cash value.
  • All promotional merchandise remains subject to availability.

2. Summer Specials Product Eligibility

Only merchandise offered as part of the Summer Specials promotion qualifies for the applicable promotional price.

• Promotional eligibility may differ between products.
  • Products offered at their regular price are not automatically included in Summer Specials.
  • Different sizes, colors, variations, or other options may have different availability or promotional pricing.
  • Adding merchandise to your cart does not guarantee that the promotional price will remain available indefinitely.
  • Promotional pricing applies only while the applicable offer remains available.
  • Gift cards, shipping services, taxes, duties, and other non-merchandise charges are excluded.

3. Summer Specials Pricing

Summer Specials merchandise may display a reduced selling price together with its previous or reference price. Several products in the promotion are currently displayed with reduced prices.

• The reduced selling price is the promotional merchandise price applicable to the product.
  • You are not entitled to a different discount percentage merely because another promotional product receives a larger or smaller saving.
  • Promotional savings may vary between products.
  • Unless expressly stated otherwise, there is no minimum number of Summer Specials items that you must purchase to receive an individual item’s displayed promotional price.
  • A product’s promotional price may change after the promotional period ends.

4. Limited-Time Availability of Summer Specials

Summer Specials are offered on a limited-time basis.

Unless a specific expiration date is provided:

• Promotional merchandise may remain available for a limited or unspecified period.
  • Individual products may leave the promotion at different times.
  • Promotional pricing may end when inventory is exhausted.
  • Product availability is not guaranteed simply because merchandise was previously included in Summer Specials.
  • Eligible orders validly completed while a promotional price is available will generally retain that price, subject to pricing errors, cancellations, refunds, or other applicable conditions.

5. Newsletter Subscription – 10% Off First Order After Subscription

When you subscribe to our newsletter, you may receive 10% off the first eligible order you place after subscription.

• The 10% discount applies only to the first eligible order placed after your newsletter subscription.
  • Orders completed before you subscribe do not affect your eligibility for this offer.
  • You do not need to be a first-time customer if you previously purchased from us before subscribing.
  • The promotional benefit is limited to one qualifying post-subscription order per eligible subscription.
  • The discount applies to qualifying merchandise unless expressly stated otherwise.
  • Shipping charges, taxes, duties, customs charges, gift cards, and other non-merchandise charges are excluded.
  • Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Newsletter 10% Discount cannot be combined with Summer Specials pricing or another merchandise discount.
  • Free shipping may still apply if your final qualifying merchandise subtotal satisfies the applicable threshold.
  • Cancelling or returning the qualifying order does not automatically create eligibility for another newsletter discount.
  • Repeated subscriptions made solely to obtain additional 10% discounts are not permitted.
  • The promotional benefit has no independent cash value.

6. First Order After Subscription Eligibility

The Newsletter 10% Discount applies specifically to the first eligible order placed after your newsletter subscription.

• Orders completed before subscription do not use or invalidate the promotional benefit.
  • Only one eligible post-subscription order may receive the associated 10% discount.
  • Once the qualifying post-subscription order has been completed, the same subscription does not provide another 10% promotional benefit.
  • Cancelling or returning the qualifying order does not automatically restore the promotional benefit.
  • Repeatedly subscribing and unsubscribing solely to obtain additional discounts is not permitted.
  • Reasonable customer, household, account, or subscription limits may apply where necessary to prevent promotional misuse.

7. Newsletter Promotion Exclusions

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Newsletter 10% Discount does not apply to:

• Shipping charges.
  • Sales taxes.
  • VAT.
  • Import duties.
  • Customs charges.
  • Gift cards.
  • Brokerage fees.
  • Payment-related charges.
  • Other non-merchandise charges.
  • Merchandise specifically excluded from the promotion.

8. Free U.S. Shipping on Orders Over $100

When your qualifying merchandise subtotal exceeds $100, you may receive free standard shipping to an eligible U.S. delivery address.

• You must exceed the $100 threshold within a single order.
  • Separate orders cannot be combined to meet the free shipping requirement.
  • Shipping charges, taxes, duties, gift cards, and other non-merchandise charges do not count toward the $100 threshold.
  • Free shipping applies only to eligible standard shipping services.
  • Expedited, express, priority, oversized, remote-area, or special-handling delivery may require an additional charge.
  • Certain merchandise or delivery locations may be excluded where additional carrier or handling charges apply.
  • If an applicable merchandise discount reduces your qualifying merchandise subtotal to $100 or below, your order may no longer qualify for standard free shipping.

9. Free International Shipping on Orders Over $160

When your qualifying merchandise subtotal exceeds $160, you may receive free standard international shipping to an eligible destination.

• You must exceed the $160 threshold within a single order.
  • Separate orders cannot be combined to meet the free shipping requirement.
  • Shipping charges, taxes, duties, customs charges, gift cards, and other non-merchandise charges do not count toward the $160 threshold.
  • Free shipping applies only to eligible destinations and supported standard shipping services.
  • Certain remote locations or destinations requiring additional carrier services may be excluded.
  • Expedited, express, priority, oversized, or special-handling delivery may require an additional charge.
  • If an applicable merchandise discount reduces your qualifying merchandise subtotal to $160 or below, your order may no longer qualify for standard international free shipping.

Free international shipping does not include VAT, import duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, customs clearance charges, or similar government or carrier-imposed charges unless expressly stated otherwise.

10. Combining Promotions

Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one merchandise discount may apply to the same merchandise.

• Summer Specials promotional pricing cannot normally be combined with the Newsletter 10% Discount.
  • Multiple percentage-off or fixed-value merchandise discounts cannot normally be stacked.
  • Merchandise already receiving an incompatible promotional price may be excluded from another discount.
  • Free shipping may be combined with an eligible merchandise discount if your final qualifying merchandise subtotal continues to satisfy the applicable free shipping threshold.
  • Transactions may not be artificially split, combined, or restructured solely to circumvent promotional restrictions.

11. Sale Merchandise and Other Discounts

Merchandise may sometimes already be offered at a reduced selling price.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• An existing sale price does not automatically qualify for an additional merchandise discount.
  • Summer Specials pricing and another merchandise promotion do not automatically stack.
  • The fact that merchandise has previously been sold at another price does not create entitlement to an additional discount.
  • Any promotional benefit applicable to your purchase is subject to the specific conditions of that offer.

12. How We Calculate Free Shipping Thresholds

Unless expressly stated otherwise, free shipping eligibility is based on your qualifying merchandise subtotal.

The following amounts do not normally count toward the applicable threshold:

• Shipping charges.
  • Sales taxes.
  • VAT.
  • Import duties.
  • Customs charges.
  • Gift cards.
  • Brokerage fees.
  • Payment-related fees.
  • Other non-merchandise charges.

Where a merchandise discount applies, free shipping eligibility may be calculated using the merchandise subtotal after the applicable discount has been deducted.

13. Free Shipping After Discounts

Receiving a Summer Specials discount, Newsletter 10% Discount, or another merchandise promotion may affect free shipping eligibility.

If your merchandise subtotal exceeds the applicable threshold before a discount but falls to or below the threshold after the discount is applied, free shipping may no longer be available.

• U.S. orders must maintain a qualifying merchandise subtotal over $100where eligibility is calculated after discounts.
  • International orders must maintain a qualifying merchandise subtotal over $160where eligibility is calculated after discounts.

14. Returns on Promotional Orders

Products purchased using promotional pricing or a promotional discount remain subject to our applicable Return & Exchange Policy and Refund Policy.

• Refunds are generally calculated using the actual amount paid after promotional savings.
  • You are not entitled to receive the original undiscounted value of returned merchandise.
  • Where an order-level discount applies across multiple products, we may allocate the promotional value proportionally among those products.
  • Promotional discounts have no independent refundable cash value.
  • Your refund will not exceed the amount actually paid for the returned merchandise.

15. Returns on Summer Specials Merchandise

If you return merchandise purchased at a Summer Specials promotional price:

• Your refund will generally reflect the promotional amount actually paid.
  • The difference between the promotional price and the previous or reference price has no separate refundable value.
  • Returning promotional merchandise does not guarantee that the same promotional price will remain available if you later repurchase the product.
  • Exchange or replacement merchandise may be subject to the pricing available at the time of the replacement transaction, subject to applicable law and our published policies.
  • Any statutory refund rights available to you remain unaffected.

16. Returns on Newsletter Discount Orders

If you return merchandise purchased using the Newsletter 10% Discount:

• Your refund will generally reflect the amount actually paid after the 10% discount.
  • The promotional discount itself has no separate refundable cash value.
  • Returning all or part of the qualifying order does not automatically restore the newsletter promotional benefit.
  • The benefit cannot normally be transferred to another order solely because the qualifying order was returned.
  • Any statutory refund rights available to you remain unaffected.

17. Partial Returns and Promotional Recalculation

If you return part of an order that received an order-level promotional benefit, we may recalculate the applicable promotional value based on the merchandise you ultimately retain where permitted by applicable law and our published policies.

• Your refund will reflect the amount actually paid for the returned merchandise.
  • Promotional value allocated to returned merchandise may be taken into account.
  • A partial return may affect free shipping eligibility.
  • An order-level promotional benefit may be recalculated where the retained merchandise no longer satisfies its original conditions.
  • Your refund will not exceed the amount actually paid for the returned merchandise.

18. Returns Affecting Free Shipping

If your order originally qualified for free shipping and a subsequent partial return causes the merchandise you retain to fall below the applicable threshold, we may deduct the original standard shipping cost from your refund where permitted by applicable law and our published return policy.

We will not normally make this adjustment where the return results from incorrect, damaged, defective, or otherwise qualifying merchandise for which we are responsible.

19. Order Cancellations

If you cancel an order that received a promotional benefit, the same promotional benefit may not automatically remain available for another purchase.

Cancellation does not guarantee that the same:

• Product price.
  • Summer Specials promotional price.
  • Newsletter discount.
  • Free shipping benefit.
  • Product availability.

will remain available when another order is placed.

Any replacement order is subject to the promotional conditions applicable at that time.

20. Product Cancellations and Adjustments

If one or more products in your order become unavailable or are cancelled, the adjustment may affect promotional eligibility.

Where permitted by applicable law:

• We may recalculate your qualifying merchandise subtotal.
  • We may recalculate any applicable order-level merchandise discount.
  • We may recalculate free shipping eligibility.
  • Any refund for unavailable merchandise will be based on the amount actually paid after applicable promotional savings.

If an adjustment results from an issue for which we are responsible, it will be handled in accordance with our applicable policies and legal obligations.

21. Currency Conversion

Where prices are displayed in currencies other than U.S. dollars, promotional prices and free shipping thresholds may be converted into supported local currencies.

Exchange rates, payment processors, currency conversion systems, and rounding may result in minor differences between displayed amounts.

Minor currency conversion differences do not create promotional eligibility where the applicable requirement has not been satisfied.

22. Taxes, Duties, and Other Charges

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional discounts and free shipping benefits do not eliminate:

• Sales taxes.
  • VAT.
  • Import duties.
  • Customs charges.
  • Brokerage fees.
  • Customs clearance charges.
  • Payment-related charges.
  • Other government or third-party charges.

These charges remain your responsibility where applicable.

23. Newsletter Promotion Misuse

Our Newsletter 10% Discount is intended for genuine subscribers.

You may not attempt to obtain repeated promotional benefits by:

• Registering multiple email addresses solely to obtain additional discounts.
  • Creating multiple customer accounts solely for promotional purposes.
  • Repeatedly subscribing and unsubscribing solely to obtain additional discounts.
  • Using variations of the same customer information to circumvent promotional limitations.
  • Using another person’s information solely to obtain another promotional benefit.
  • Otherwise attempting to receive the same subscription promotion more times than intended.

Where we reasonably determine that a promotional benefit has been obtained through misuse, we may invalidate the benefit or cancel the affected order where permitted by applicable law.

24. Promotion Misuse

Our promotional offers are intended for genuine customer purchases.

We may restrict, invalidate, remove, or cancel promotional benefits where we reasonably believe there has been misuse, including:

• Artificially splitting, combining, or restructuring transactions solely to exploit a promotion.
  • Manipulating prices, quantities, customer information, or orders to obtain an unintended promotional benefit.
  • Attempting to obtain incompatible merchandise discounts on the same merchandise.
  • Exploiting pricing, calculation, promotional, or technical errors.
  • Engaging in fraudulent or abusive promotional activity.
  • Otherwise attempting to circumvent the intended conditions of an offer.

25. Pricing and Technical Errors

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that promotional prices, discounts, and free shipping thresholds are accurate.

If an obvious typographical, pricing, calculation, configuration, or technical error occurs, you are not automatically entitled to an unintended promotional benefit.

Where an error materially affects an order, we may:

• Correct the promotional information.
  • Provide the correct promotional terms.
  • Allow the order to proceed under corrected terms where appropriate.
  • Cancel the affected order and issue an applicable refund.

Nothing in this section limits rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.

26. Promotion Availability

Unless we provide a specific expiration date, promotional offers may remain available for a limited or unspecified period.

Subject to applicable law, we may modify, suspend, extend, replace, or discontinue an offer where reasonably necessary.

Changes will not normally affect eligible orders validly completed before a promotion was changed or discontinued.

Adding merchandise to your cart does not reserve:

• A Summer Specials promotional price.
  • A newsletter promotional benefit.
  • Free shipping eligibility.
  • Product inventory.

27. Product Availability

All promotional offers are subject to merchandise availability.

A promotion does not guarantee that a particular product, size, color, variation, quantity, or other option will remain available.

If merchandise becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, we may cancel and refund the affected merchandise in accordance with our applicable policies.

If a cancellation causes your remaining merchandise subtotal to fall below a free shipping threshold, we may recalculate the applicable shipping benefit where permitted by law.

28. No Cash Alternative

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Summer Specials savings, newsletter discounts, and free shipping benefits:

• Have no independent cash value.
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Cannot normally be sold or transferred.
  • Cannot be converted into store credit solely because they were not used.
  • Do not entitle you to receive the monetary value of an unused promotional benefit.

29. Additional Promotional Conditions

We may provide additional conditions for individual promotions through promotional banners, Summer Specials sections, newsletter communications, product pages, shopping carts, landing pages, or other promotional notices.

If specific conditions associated with an individual promotion conflict with these general Promotional Terms, the specific conditions applicable to that promotion will control to the extent of the conflict.

30. Changes to These Promotional Terms

We may update these Promotional Terms from time to time to reflect changes to promotions, website functionality, business practices, or applicable requirements.

The version available when you submit an eligible order will generally apply to that order.
